Over the weekend of May 14th, the US Postal Service facilitated a food drive for local food pantries. Brunswick Family Assistance extends our gratitude to the Post Office and every citizen who placed food bags at their mailboxes. BFA received approximately 15,000 pounds of food from this program!! While it was a big effort on the part of our Volunteers to handle this inflow…You have filled a large void in our food pantry shelves and our neighbors in Brunswick County, experiencing food insufficiency, will be the beneficiaries.
