Throughout the summer we have taken applications for Brunswick County children to receive bookbags! Now that applications are officially closed, we will be distributing bookbags as they come in.
Official distribution of bookbags for our Christmas in July program begins 8/15 and ends 8/19.
We will begin to do a “soft-distribution” this week. Therefore, if your child’s bookbag is ready we will give you a call and you may come to the office to pick it up. If you do not receive a call that your bag is ready, normal distribution will continue 8/15-8/19.
The BFA family would like to give a BIG thank you to all donors and supporters of our program! We are so excited for the children to receive their new school gear!
***This distribution is for families that have already applied and been accepted for our bookbag program. The application process to receive a bookbag during this time period has ended. A week after distribution we will begin packing bags with supplies for various grade levels, on a first come, first serve basis, as long as supplies last!***
